Police draws URA in Super League

Police FC have been forced to a one all draw by an inspired Uganda Revenue Authority in the morning super league tie at Namboole.

Captain David Igga put Police a head in the 44th minute from a penalty spot to lead one zero at half time. URA fought back in the second half with Martin Muwanga snatching a point for the defending champions.

The tax collectors piled pressure on Police with Dan Wagaluka and Joram Katende missing scoring chances.

In other games, Uganda record champions SC Villa maintains pressure on Table leaders KCC after registering a 3-1 win over struggling Victors with Moses Aduni scoring attrick.

In Lira Table leaders KCC FC struggled to win over Boroboro Tigers 1-0 thanks for Brain Omony's effort in first half.

The title race could be decided on Friday on a double fixture when villa is taking on KCC and Police hosting Victors at Namboole.
