  CONDITIONS  
 
a) Rates are for 15 Seconds and multiples of 15 Seconds
 
 
b) These rates do not apply to special Broadcast. WBS TV will publish
  
 
rates for such broadcasts well in advance of the broadcast date.
 
 
c) The rates quoted include commission on net time costs and VAT.
  
 
d) WBS endeavors to make good any advert/ programs not aired on
  
 
time due to unavoidable circumstances.
  
 
e) The advertising Agency that enters contract on behalf of the Advertiser
  
 
shall be liable to WBS TV for payment of any fees payable in terms of the contract.
  
 
For clarity, the word Advertiser shall be deemed to include Advertising Agency.
 
 
f) Although WBS will endeavor to broadcast all programs advertised at the advertised
  
 
times,for damages. WBS TV is indemnified against claims for damages.
 
 
g) The rates are issued for the information of Advertisers and Agencies,
  
 
and do not constitute an offer by WBS TV.
  
 
h) WBS TV reserves the right to cancel programs and re-allocate at its discretion.
 
 
In this situation WBS TV will have the right to displace commercials purchased and
  
 
rebook at a revised rate.
  
 
i) News adjacencies carry a 10 % surcharge. (Pre News) & a 15% surcharge (Mid News)
 
 
k) Live events will be negotiated individually.
