The most interesting families on television are not always the happiest. In fact, their lives are often filled with strife and turmoil. This does not mean, however, that they do not also have loving relationships. The following three families are among of the most fascinating and memorable ever to appear on the small screen.
The Sopranos from “The Sopranos”

We all love a romance, but sometimes the romances shown to us on television are a little less than ideal. Here are our votes for the least romantic relationships ever shown on televisions.
1. George and Lucille Bluth (Arrested Development). Their twisted relationship involved more deception than love.
2. Jenna and Paul (30 Rock). A disturbing love affair where Jenna’s essentially just dating herself.
3. Penny and Leonard (The Big Bang Theory). The two just don’t work well together, and Leonard always loses out.
4. Thirteen and Foreman (House). Two uninteresting characters in an uninteresting relationship.
5. Finn and Rachel (Glee). Rachel Continue reading ’10 Least Romantic Relationships On Television’
Ever since the dawn of television in homes, there have been plenty of shows we remember but also quite a few that never made it. These are the shows that either never got the second season or were so absolutely abysmal that the first season never completed.
Of course, none of this is to suggest that there haven’t been some good shows that have made the cut. There are plenty. And, if you have a pretty big TV provider like, say, www.satellitetv.net, for example, you can catch them all.
Listed below are a few from both the former and the latter:
Work It – 2012 – ABC
Centered around two men who feel that the job shortages have affected men more than women, Work It was a ham-fisted attempt to somehow show that men were the true victims in patriarchal society – not women. Needless to say, the show wasn’t well-received and never finished the first season.
Awake – 2012 – NBC
Starring Jason Isaacs of international fame, this overly-ambitious show centered on a cop returning to work after a disastrous car accident that left his perception cracked. He perceives two universes – a green universe where his son survived and his wife died and a red one where it’s vice versa.
Alcatraz – 2012 – Fox
On March 21, 1963, 256 inmates and 46 guards all disappeared from the Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. In the present, they have all started coming back with no memory and fueled entirely by their criminal MOs. Produced by JJ Abrams of LOST fame, it was too much too soon and audiences just couldn’t handle it.

Television shows in the 1980s were so much different than today’s shows. The themes of the shows were the importance of family values. Networks focused on current events and televised storylines to send a very real and very deliberate message that family matters. Shows like The Cosby Show depicted a middle class family as successful professionals and deliver the message that family unity is important and family survives. The show focused on serious issues. Another show that successfully aired during the 1980s was Family Ties. This show depicted a middle class Caucasian family Continue reading ‘Television Shows With The Best 80s Throwbacks’
Blair Waldorf is still in demand. Even though she just married Prince Louis of Monaco, their union is far from ideal. With all the reality shows on, it may be hard to choose the most hated reality television show characters ever. There are a couple that instantly come to mind. The most controversial character by far, had to be Omaroseonee Manigault-Stallworth or other wise known as “Omarosa”.
Omarosa was on the Apprentice with Donald Trump. She was the most controversial for many reasons. She was not a team player and often walked on top of other players just to get to the top. She would lie and cheat and do whatever it took to get her way. After she Continue reading ‘Most Hated Reality Television Show Characters Ever’
